Common questionsbefore we start

Answers about prices, timelines and how we work. Didn’t find your answer? Write to us.

Prices and payment

How much does a website cost?

Starting prices: a simple landing page from 200 USD, a 6–10 section version from 370 USD, a company website from 600 USD, an online store from 1 100 USD, a CRM from 1 700 USD, a mobile app from 1 500 USD, a Telegram bot from 250 USD, an AI module from 600 USD. The final cost depends on the scope. First we discuss the task, then we send a work plan broken into stages.

Do you work under a contract?

Yes. Before work starts, we agree on the task, stages, timeline and cost in writing. Payment goes by stage. Any extra work is estimated and agreed with you first.

How does payment work?

You pay for the work stage by stage. We agree on the payment schedule and the cost before we start. Extra tasks are estimated separately before work on them begins.

What does the subscription include, and can I pause it?

Yes. The subscription includes a fixed number of hours a month, a work plan at the start of each month and a weekly report. You can stop it in any month, and the code and access stay with you.

Consulting

What does IT consulting include?

We discuss your goal and your current processes and systems. We compare the options by cost, timeline and risk. You come away with a work plan you can carry out with us or with another contractor.

What do I get after the audit?

You get a list of problems with explanations and the order in which to fix them. If you need a cost estimate for the work, we prepare it separately. You can hand the report to your own developer or discuss it with us.

Can I order both development and marketing from you?

Yes. We take on development, analytics, ads, SEO and support. We start with the work you need now and add the rest later.

Can I order only SEO or only ads?

Yes. You can order only analytics, ads or SEO. First we check the site and its current setup, then we agree on a list of work.

Do I need a consultation if the task is simple?

No. If the task is clear, describe it in the form — we’ll clarify the details and estimate the cost. A consultation helps when you are still choosing between options or want to test an idea before investing in it.

Timelines and process

Do I need to prepare a detailed specification?

No. Tell us what you want to build, who it is for and what problem it should solve. We’ll help you pin down the requirements and put together a list of work.

How long does development take?

Typical timelines: a landing page — 3–7 days, a company website — 2–4 weeks, an online store — 4–8 weeks. Once the requirements are clear, we give you a timeline for your project.

Who will run my project?

You talk directly to the person who runs the project and understands the technical side. In the project chat you can ask questions and see finished parts of the project.

What happens after launch?

We hand over the source code and the agreed access. We check that the site works and connect analytics if they are part of the project. Support and further changes can be ordered separately.

Services and location

Where are your clients?

We work remotely with clients worldwide. We’re available weekdays 10:00–20:00 (GMT+3). We discuss tasks in the messenger you prefer or on a call, and show results on a test version or in the project’s working environment.

What does “AI integration” mean?

We build AI into a specific process: for example, we set up search across internal documents, sorting of incoming requests or drafting of reports. First we check the source data and how the chosen scenario works.

Can you improve an existing website or app?

Yes. First we study the existing code and check how the project is built. After the audit, we estimate the cost of fixing or rewriting it. An audit is from 200 USD.
